Rainbow Palates was created by a Speech-Language Pathologist, Board-Certified in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders. With over 10 years of expertise in the field, this is the best spot for picky eating tips and tricks, fun family recipes, and unique ways to engage kids with a variety of foods and increase their interaction in the kitchen.

We are always planning fun, interactive projects that families can participate in at home. We love to share recipes, and offer tips/tricks to try new foods at home!
