Mixing textures can be difficult for kids to eat. Here is a fun and not overwhelming way to work on eating the mixed textures of yogurt (purée) and granola (crunchy)!
⭐️ First start with eating each food individually.
⭐️Dip granola pieces into the yogurt. You can start with just barely dipping and work up to more.
⭐️Use a small spoon and place a small amount of yogurt and a piece of granola on it.
⭐️Ready to tolerate a bowl of yogurt and granola!
