Sweet Potato Bites

One recommendation that I always give is to start giving your baby a variety of fruits, vegetables and proteins as soon as they are ready! Babies should be able to safely mash foods with their gums. This is a perfect soft food to start with, and all of my kids loved them!
They are super simple to make. I make a large batch and freeze the sweet potato bites. Whenever I want some, I just put them in the microwave for 45 seconds, and they are ready. Babies and toddlers love these, but so do kids and adults!
