Homemade gummies are so easy to make, and extra healthy using real fruit, natural sweetener and beef gelatin!
⭐️ 1 cup- Mixed fruit- fresh or frozen. If using frozen, thaw before making.
⭐️ 1/2 cup-water
⭐️ 3 tablespoons lemon juice
⭐️ 1 tablespoon Honey
⭐️ 5 tablespoons @vitalproteins Beef Gelatin
⭐️ Purée your fruit in a food processor.
⭐️ Add to a small cooking pot and warm on medium-low heat.
⭐️ Once warm, add water, lemon juice, honey and mix.
⭐️ Next, add 1 tablespoon at a time of the beef gelatin, and stir until combined.
⭐️ Once all of the gelatin is added, remove from heat.
⭐️ Use a dropper or syringe to put mix into gummy molds of choice.
⭐️ Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating.
