No-Bake Carrot Cake Bites



An easy, healthy snack idea to make this weekend!

 

Ingredients:

• 1 -3/4 cup-Walnuts

• 3/4 cup-Shredded Carrots

• 5 tbsp- Coconut Flour

• 1 cup-Dates (pitted and soaked)

• 2 tsp-Vanilla

• 1/4 tsp-Salt

• 2 tsp-Pumpkin Pie Spice


Directions:

• Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

• Scoop dough and form into bites.

• Roll in warm honey and coconut flakes.

• Store in air-tight container in the refrigerator.
