Our kids love these magical yogurt bowls! What makes them magical…the spirulina! What’s spirulina? Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae with strong antioxidant effects. It comes in a powder form that I ordered off of Amazon! After you make the yogurt and fruit mixture, let your kids pick out and add their toppings!
⭐️ Frozen Pineapple
⭐️ Frozen Banana
⭐️ Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
⭐️ Mixed Berries
⭐️ Place your pineapple and banana into a blender or processor, and blend.
⭐️ Add in your yogurt and blend again until well combined. It should be thick consistency.
⭐️ Add 2 tablespoons of spirulina and blend again.
⭐️ Transfer mixture to a bowl and add toppings of your choice!
