This is your reminder that meals don’t have to be complicated! As parents, we put so much pressure on making meals and snacks for our kids. We can often question if we are providing enough fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, etc. Just know that there is no perfect plate or meal, and whatever you are providing is enough. 💜❤️
