Homemade Gummy Bears




These gummy bears were so good, and actually taste like fruit! Isla and Felix loved being part of the process by putting the fruit purée into the molds. We used peaches and can’t wait to try different fruits with this recipe!



Homemade Gummy Bears

Ingredients:

• Fruit- 2 cups purée

• Honey

• Gelatin- 1 packet


Directions:

• Blend your fruit to a purée, smooth consistency.

• Take at least 1 cup of fruit purée and mix in a bowl with gelatin until dissolved.

• Take the other cup of purée and place in a saucepan and bring to just a boil.

• Mix the cold purée with hot purée.

• Add 1 tbsp of honey.

• Mix

• Using a syringe, place into desired gummy molds.

• Place molds in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.


Enjoy!


These last for several days in the fridge!
