It doesn’t get easier than this recipe for homemade crackers that taste just like Cheez-Its. The difference is that these are gluten-free and contain only 1 ingredient…cheese! If you have a child who loves traditional Cheez-It crackers, but won’t touch cheese, this may be a great way to see if they will explore cheese.
Ingredients: ⭐️ Thin sliced cheese of choice. We used @sargentocheese Mild Cheddar and Colby Jack.
⭐️ Slice your cheese into squares.
⭐️ Place square cheese slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
⭐️ Bake at 260 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
⭐️ Cool before eating.
