Green Smoothie

This is our favorite Green Smoothie…packed with lots of vitamins and minerals! I make a large batch and store the smoothies in glass bottles for an easy morning breakfast!
What I love most is that it’s a perfect way for our kids to get extra veggies and fruits! Kids also love to help make smoothies, so get all of your ingredients prepped and let them blend away!

Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
• 3 Cups- Spinach
• 1- Cucumber
• 2- Apples
• 1- Banana (Frozen)
• 1 Cup- Pineapple
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 1 Cup- Water
• 2 Cups- Ice
