Frozen Yogurt Bites

Another Valentines’ treat to make this weekend! These are super easy to make and taste delicious. What’s even better is that these are stored in the freezer, so if you make a larger batch, you’ll have an easy-to-grab nutritious snack for both you and your kids!

If you have child who doesn’t love the texture of yogurt and/or fruit, this is a different way that you can present those foods, so they still get the added nutritional benefits that yogurt and fruit provide. You can also use non-dairy yogurt for this recipe.

Get your kids in the kitchen…they will love making this simple snack from start to finish!❤️

Ingredients:

⭐️Greek Yogurt (Plain, Whole Fat)

⭐️ Frozen Fruit (Thawed)

⭐️ Honey

Directions:

⭐️ Place your frozen fruit in a processor or blender and blend until smooth.

⭐️ In bowl mix, your fruit purée, yogurt and honey.

⭐️ Take your favorite silicone mold and fill them with the mixture.

⭐️ Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

⭐️ Enjoy

🌟These will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months!

🌟The full-fat yogurt often has less sugar compared to low-fat yogurt, and it will also help your kids stay fuller, longer.
