Store-bought popsicles can be loaded with sugar and contain little actual fruit. It’s so easy to make your own, and they are filled with fruit and contain very little added sugar.
Ingredients:
• 2 Tablespoons-simple syrup (boil equal parts water and sugar until sugar dissolves)
• Strawberries
• Blackberries
• Blueberries
Directions:
• Blend
• Pour into molds.
• Enjoy!
